Refund Policy

Plain version: if you change your mind within the first two weeks (monthly) or first month (annual), we'll give you your money back. After that, we won't — but you can always cancel to stop future charges. Specifics below.

The first time you are billed for a particular subscription. Renewals (the second month, the second year, etc.) are not eligible for a refund window — you have already had access for one full period.

  1. Email support@realistgpt.com from the address on your account.
  2. Subject line: "Refund request — [your email]".
  3. Include the date of the charge you want refunded.
  4. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Funds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your card issuer.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancel from your billing portal at any time.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved within a day. Chargebacks filed before contacting support may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.

7. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection law (for example, EU/UK "right of withdrawal").
